1. ABOUT THIS PAGE
This page explains your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We follow UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
GlenRune is a social casino. We provide free games only. No real money is involved. We still take your data rights seriously.
2. YOUR GDPR RIGHTS
Under GDPR, you have six key rights. Here they are in detail:
RIGHT OF ACCESS
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you. We will give you a copy within 30 days. This is free. We may ask you to prove who you are first.
RIGHT TO CORRECTION
If your data is wrong or out of date, tell us. We will fix it. You can also add missing data. We will do this within 30 days.
RIGHT TO DELETION
You can ask us to delete your data. This is also called the "right to be forgotten." We will delete it unless the law says we must keep it. We will confirm once done.
RIGHT TO RESTRICTION
You can ask us to limit how we use your data. We will still store it, but we will not process it further. This may apply while we check if your data is correct.
RIGHT TO PORTABILITY
You can ask for your data in a common format (like CSV or JSON). You can then give it to another service. This applies to data you gave us with your consent.
RIGHT TO OBJECT
You can object to how we process your data. This includes processing based on our legitimate interest. We will stop unless we have a strong legal reason to continue.
3. HOW TO USE YOUR RIGHTS
To use any of your rights, send an email to:
Please tell us:
- Your name
- Which right you want to use
- Any details that help us find your data
