This Shipping Policy explains how and when your Glenrune order will be delivered.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-5), or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days. The estimated total time from order to delivery is 4–9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination and the item.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@glenrune.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours so we can try to correct it before the order ships.
