This Shipping Policy explains how and when Glenrune orders are prepared, shipped, and delivered.
Shipping Rates
All orders delivered within the United States qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
Shipping Destinations
Glenrune currently ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
After payment has been confirmed, orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-5), or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once an order has shipped, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days. The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is 4–9 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on the destination and product, Glenrune uses trusted carriers including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Order Tracking
When your order ships, a confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent to you. You can also follow your shipment through our Track Your Order page.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but has not been received, email info@glenrune.com. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct during checkout. Glenrune is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours so we can try to correct it before shipment.
